Heavy bomber, with 12 engines (eight on the wing, four in nacells above the wing) and wing span of 95m. Design started on February 1, 1932. One of discussed powerplant options - M-44 (running on crude oil???).
Constructions started on on October 1, 1932.
Only a small-scale glider, with a span of only 20m, was flown.
