BIS No.2 was based on underpowered BIS No.1. It was the third Russian domestic aircraft to fly (June 1910).
Approx. 50 flights were performed on altitude up to 10m. July 30, 1910 aircraft flew 600m in 42sec. All flight were without turns because any attempt to turn it resulted in lose of speed and altitude.
