Unarmed biplane with two-seat tandem gondola and two engine gondolas. Lower longerones of the tailframe were almost lying on the ground (like on G-3. Aircraft had a very good climb, was fast and could perform Nesterov Loop. Early G-4 had one side wing cover (from below).
About 20 were imported, in service through the Civil War, thanks to high reliability.
