Almost identical to I-222/3A. Differed by improved air-air radiator (for the pressurized cockpit) under the fuselage and special high-altitude propeller with very wide blades.
During factory flight tests (Fall 1944) achieved altitude 14000m, but failed to demonstrate calculated range 1400km.
