Motorized transport glider, intended for cargo and passenger operations. Designed and built at the Leningrad Institute for Civil Airfleet (Leningrad Institute GVF).
Monoplane with fixed landing gear and high aspect ration wing. Dual controls. Aircraft was able to takeoff with small payload, fully loaded takeoff required tug assistance (as was suggested by L.P.Malinovskij, initiator of the motoglider studies).
Crew cockpit was open, passenger cabin - enclosed. Four cargo bays occupied central section of the wing.
Aircraft passed flight tests, but was crash-landed during Leningrad-Moscow flight. it was not restored.
