High wing two-seat reconnaissance monoplane. Wing and tailplane were folding for ground transportations. To provide crew with unrestricted view, root section of the wing was not covered with fabric. This resulted in significant degradation of the aircraft performance. But it was noticed much later, when aircraft was in production. The gap was covered.
Twelve build, in service until 1918.
