Monoplane, similar in appearance to the Bleriot-XI. First flight (by K.E.Artseulov) took place on August 12, 1910.

Five built at Schetinin's factory (Petrograd), founded by the First Russian Fellowship for AirSailing. Flown by K.E.Alekhnovich, V.A>Lebedev, N.A.Rynin.
