Large twin-engine biplane. Engines with pusher propellers were installed on the lower wing. Fuselage was covered with plywood.
Layout of a medium bomber, but intended as an interceptor. So gunner position was in the nose, and no rear defence were provided.
'Sunbeam' engines were a complete mess, and fully loaded aircraft failed to take off. Later it was flown successfully with four 80hp 'Gnome' in two tandems. As a result, aircraft came to service only in May 1917.
